Miss World Guyana 2022 crowned
The National Cultural Centre came alive on 21st August, 2022 as the curtains came down on the Miss World Guyana 2022 national competition. The Grand Finale and Coronation ceremony was held live and in living color and saw a jam-packed programme filled with performances from local artistes, Miss World Guyana 2019, Joylyn Conway and the Miss World Guyana 2022 finalists.

Andrea King walked away with the Victoria Regia crown and over 5.5 million dollars in cash and prizes after she was declared winner of the Miss World Guyana 2022 national competition last evening at the grand finale and coronation ceremony held at the National Cultural Centre. The Ramada Georgetown Princess Hotel has been declared the 'official home' of the Miss World Guyana 2022 national competition. The declaration was made at the recently held press conference at the Ramada Georgetown Princess Hotel (conference room) which saw the reveal of official sponsors and partners of the national competition.
