Jovan Krystal Wilson, a 24-year-old native of Berbice, completed her secondary education at New Amsterdam Multilateral Secondary School, earning several passes in the CXC/CSEC examinations. She holds an Associate Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Studies from the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in the British Virgin Islands, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Currently, Jovan manages her own business, fulfilling a childhood dream. A former Miss Guyana Jamzone Queen, she plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Studies with the ambition of becoming the Minister of Tourism. She believes that Guyana is an ideal tourist destination, with a unique cultural heritage and magnificent natural attractions that create unforgettable memories. Jovan aims to use her education and pageantry experience to enhance Guyana’s tourism potential.
