I came to know of Arian Richmond in 2020 while providing oversight and advice to one of the founders of Balancing the Bars, Jamaicia McCalman. Arian, part of the trio, immediately impressed me with her communication skills, with a fresh and effortless spin on her responses. Point to note, I am rarely impressed by these things. Little did I know, Arian would embark on the 2022 Miss World Guyana journey. Despite not attaining her desired outcome, Arian has proven her adaptability, personal drive, and resilience time and again—majesty qualities that truly make her a flower in full bloom.
